Amanda Berg

Amanda was very passionate and on top of the newest research in medicine. I haven't seen her since the end of 2022 and wish I could find out where she went to so I could begin seeing her again.

She’s a great listener and was very knowledgeable about my health. Other Dr’s wrote me off with my health but she didn’t and turns out I had exactly what she said. Heart broken that she’s no longer at her last place of work and would love to know where she’s at now!

I see from these recent reviews that Amanda has moved her practice. She is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to listen and either takes great notes or really remembers conversations and issues that have been discussed in previous visits. She is caring, helpful, and willing to think outside the box being knowledgeable in both traditional and natural medicines. She was kind and involved throughout my husband's journey through cancer. She even called him to check on him. I am going to find where she works, rather than find a doctor who is likely not as good or as relatable.

Caring, non-judgmental and down to earth. Easy to communicate with Doctors I've been to in Tucson have been fake, judgmental and only go "by the book" and don't actually get to know the person in front of them seeking help.

Amanda Berg was thorough and answered my many questions. She listened what I had to say. I just got a letter she left Northwest healthcare and I’m devastated. I’m trying to find out where she went so I can switch providers.

Amanda Berg always has time during my appointments to go over my concerns and is very good at following up. Though the office is short-staffed, Amanda makes a point to always have my health information updated in my portal.

They do not answer the phone, and they do not return calls. Do not seem to care about their patients.

Very rude receptionist didn't acknowledge me or look up at all, until she had thoroughly wiped off her desk for a couple of minutes and cleaned it up. The other receptionist also just ignored me. I was told that I had arrived 10 min late, was refused service and they offered to reschedule another day. There was only one person in the waiting room and neither of them even made the attempt to check and see if I could wait and still be seen. I was just told that the system cancelled my appt and there was no exception. They made it obvious that they don't care about me or any other patient, so no thank you for your terrible service and lack of empathy. I have seen enough and will take my health and my business elsewhere.

My in person visits with Amanda Berg went very well, she was friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and spent an adequate amount of time to understand what I needed. I received three referrals for outside work. When I went to the referred Doctors office for referral # 2, they informed me that they had not received the x rays from Bergs office, and no one had returned their calls. I tried calling Bergs office, and was unable to reach a human being after many, many attempts to make it through their phone maze, even their front desk never answered, I finally drove there and got the x ray info. The front desk person asked me what extensions I had tried, and when I told her one of them, she said "Oh, well he doesnt work here anymore." Oh my, that explains it. My next referral was for a sleep study, which I completed, and they ordered a cpap machine for me. After a month, I had not received the eqpt, and after calling the eqpt company, they said they had contacted Bergs of

Amanda is very thorough. She is very amenable to referrals to specialists when consulting with the patient about health issues. Office staff is also helpful.

Amanda is a very decisive provider. I find her to be well versed and responsive on any topic I throw at her. I was not thrilled with my last provider but am very happy to have Amanda as my new primary. She is professional yet friendly and I am very comfortable with her as my PCP moving forward.
