I was a patient of Amanda's after Dr. John Ross had an accident. she is very professional and really preferred her as my PA-C. I also tried to find out where she went and received no help from the office personnel. I had to find another doctor at a different office.

Amanda is the best!! She is very open-minded and helpful.. I got a message from dupagw saying she doesn't work there anymore and they gave me no info on what happened. The receptionist so rude and no help!! I thought they had to tell me my questions and concerns for my Dr. Does anyone knkw what happened? And if she works somwhere else now?

Amanda is just fine but I agree with another reviewer that this practice has the worst staff/receptionists. I called on a Friday to tell them I have depression and without any compassion whatsoever they told me to come back Monday because they were booked. They didn't ask if I was having suicidal thoughts or was in danger of hurting myself. This is completely unacceptable. When even the medical community does not take depression seriously its no wonder suicides are becoming an epidemic.
