I am very pleased with the service from Amanda, however, in ALL follow-ups with her the staff has been very rude and not easy to get along with. It is not easy to get in touch or get an immediate response within the same day for any questions, refills or concerns. My dealings with one staff member in particular has made me look elsewhere for a new doctor. This is not in reflection of Amanda's services but I would hope that she would pay more attention to how her staff is treating people!
