She was very unprofessional. She said we didn't discuss my missing work and yet she had to step out of the room to request the fax number for my short term disability insurance to fax her.

Amanda is very caring. She listens to my concerns and follows up when needed. I am very pleased with the care I have received when I've seen Amanda.
My biggest complaint is about the waiting area and the TV always on the news. Change the silly channel to something pleasant. May sound petty but if you already feel bad the last thing I want to do is listen to that junk.
