She performed an exam 3 times before ordering tests, The tests showed nothing wrong. She attempted to blame us for her lack of skills and said we were being discharged. As parents, we knew better and demanded the doctor exam our child himself. He walked in, sat down and tried to talk us into leaving in a patronizing manner. We proved there was an issue beyond her faulty exam. Because we were correct, and she and the doctor were wrong, they ordered several unnecessary tests. After the diagnosis, she tried to blame us for informing her incorrectly and then she goes on to alter the chief complaint. We spent several hours trying to get our child examined and treated. Yes, we were upset, tired and frustrated, but what parent of an unwell child wouldn't be. We were treated very poorly and far from satisfactory. The doctor we were referred to even said what they did to fix the issue was wrong.
