Dismissive and unhelpful
Telehealth
Amanda was unfriendly and blunt, dismissive of my concerns and humiliated me for doing a virtual visit even though the only reason I chose this was because all in person providers were booked today. Feels like a waste of time and money to be seen by her.

Non informative and not compassionate
Telehealth
Amanda gave no explanation for my current situation and she ignored my concerns. I don't know if she's seeing too many people or if she's juggling virtual appointments between her in patient appointments, so she's overwhelmed. But I was completely disregarded as a patient. She took no health history while prescribing me medications and didn't take my situation into account. And the only explanation she gave about everything did not make sense. She is either new or does not care or too overworked to care. Either way, go to someone else.

No compassion
Telehealth
I talked to her for less than 2 minutes during a Telehealth visit. Only option offered was a referral to an ENT. She could not be bothered to obtain a complete health history has not compassion. Complete waste of time. She is in the wrong profession.
