Very Professional & Accommodating
I have a serious painful Cancer; am traveling 350 miles away from here to Rochester for my various biopsies and treatments, and have chosen this Nurse Practitioner as my palliative care provider. Amanda is SMART & unlike most others she read my case file THOROUGHLY, not just around the edges as many do, so she had a remarkable amount of information and insight to my case.Part of patient care is manners and I've found Amanda kind, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and an active listener. Unfortunately, our appointment ran 15 minutes overtime on my first visit as I had to read and sign my pain contract. These, she took in stride. I felt really guilty, but there were no bad vibes.
