I have a completely different child thanks to Ms. Hardwick. She’s always been courteous, friendly and professional. She even called me after hours to respond to a concern of mine. I recommend Ms. Hardwick for any family with a child in distress.

Ms. Hardwick did not provide feedback or suggestions to guardian about their child. While the guardian was speaking Ms. Hardwick only nodded and didn't keep the conversation going. It was very awkward. Other parents I have worked with stated that she would cancel appointments often.
