Dr. Amanda Hochman II, ND

While Amanda was initially kind, her husband /assistant was antagonistic, unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and oddly vindictive. After only 1 appt with her, I had to call multiple times and speak with him about a Rx and lab orders not being called in and now he has incorrectly filed a claim, which has the possibility of negatively impacting me financially. David was also very rude and tried to gaslight me about if the orders were in, when I had confirmed they were not already. When I spoke with Amanda about the notice of adverse benefit determination, she said that I needed to take care of it with JCC, which it says on the document that it is her responsibility. When I called to cancel my last appt and tell them that I filed a grievance with JCC, David laughed, made a PFFT sound and hung up on me. I never got my lab results from them. Nobody needs this kind of grief from a PCP's office. Do yourself a favor, don't bother.

Love Dr. Hochman and the work she does with passion for me and my family. I have finally found a Dr my children trust . I would recommend her to anyone , she goes above and beyond.
