She’s an excellent doctor & very thorough!

Dr. Mark I s highly knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. She was very kind to my husband & me. She explained everything and took her time with us.

Dr. Mark wrote a detailed report with solid recommendations. She took extra time to explain everything to us in a way that made sense. Dr. Mark really cares!

I'd give get 0 stars, if possible. Dr. AM cancelled two of my appointments for my ASD child. First visit on 8/2019 she'd suggested for my child to be on medication in order for her to provide a neuropsych; she then rescheduled my original, October appt., for 12/19 My child was put on medication as per her recommendation. December appt., was canceled by her staff the "day of" the appt., one hour prior stating "my son did not need a neuropsych due to already having a diagnosis. I explained to the staff what a neuropsych is used for in the event she was not familiar and why it was being requested. I asked several times to have Dr. M contact me to discuss denial of test? I called 4x after and spoke to the office manager 2x who told me she will get back to me with a reason and/ or have Dr. AM speak to me regarding this denial. As an Independent contractor at work I don't get compensated when absent. I never heard back from her/office with a solid reason why the appt.,was canceled.
