I was referred to Dr. Placeres by Dr. Cathy Brodows for a long-standing condition. I found Dr. Placeres to possess an impressive vault of knowledge. She is kind, courteous, prompt, accommodating to my schedule and, above all, her acupuncture treatments and advice have been effective. I was raised with the traditional medical model but found alternative medicine key in correcting a variety of issues over the past 26 years. I'm pleased to count her among my healing heroes.
