We had a total of five online appointments scheduled with Amanda, two of which she didn't show up to, two of which she had to re-schedule short notice and one appointment that she showed up to 15 minutes late. My husband and I set aside time in our day to meet with her and it became extremely frustrating to constantly have to accommodate her schedule. Additionally, we would have liked to have video sessions with her, but she stated that she "lacked video capability." During our telephone conversations, both my husband and I felt like Amanda was preoccupied with something else while talking to us (cooking, cleaning, etc.). It felt like her "lack of video capability" was due to the fact that she preferred to multi-task instead of giving us her undivided attention. I also felt like Amanda did not take us seriously enough to take notes. During our sessions, we found ourselves constantly reminding her of our situation and the homework that she assigned us the week prior.

Horrible. All the way around. They give you 10+ pages to fill out within the 15 minutes before your appointment which is NOT enough time and they refuse to mail it to you. They even messed up the intake paperwork. Just scanning and signing the paperwork takes 45 minutes. The paperwork includes a financial responsibility form in which (regardless of insurance or EAP) you will be charged $157 for ANY appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice regardless of why.
