Horrible PAC -Does not Treat Conditions
This PA is very quick to make decisions and obviously does not believe in medicine for treatment. She comes off aggressive and has a horrible bedside manner. As a 20 year Ochsner patient who has sinus infections 3 to 4 times a year that knows my body, she completely ignored all of the symptoms and did not give me anything other than medicine similar to over-the-counter medication’s which of course insurance does not cover. She got aggressive when I asked about antibiotics and steroids for the inflammation in my ear and immediately said she does not give either one and also tried to say that it was ochsner’s policy To no longer give steroids. Every other time I have the same symptoms urgent care doctors as well as ochsner ENT doctors and my Ochsner internist Always prescribes antibiotics and steroids for the information. I will not return to this urgent care and do not recommend this PA. I will follow up with my ochsner internal medicine doctor.
