Amanda cared for me in a virtual setting for my urgent care needs. She not only listened to my concerns but also heard me. She provided me with reasoning behind her treatment and educated me thoroughly. I felt I was really seen and heard. I also felt much better after completing my treatment. Many people are quick to write their poor experiences instead of their positive ones, so I like to make sure I give props to my excellent care - which I received with Amanda.

Ms. Wright is the best PA I have ever seen. She is thorough, respectful and empathetic. We worked together to develop a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. I highly recommend Ms. Wright to anyone who may need urgent care services. I would feel very confident and comfortable with her treating anyone of my family members. She is great!

I am writing to file a complaint about my recent e-visit experience. I scheduled an e-visit with Amanda Marie Wright to discuss my health concerns, and I was highly disappointed with the level of service I received. During the e-visit, I explained my symptoms and concerns to the healthcare provider, but they did not seem to listen or take my condition seriously. Instead, the healthcare provider gave me generic advice and did not provide any specific treatment options to address my conditions. As a result, I feel frustrated and unheard. I understand that message visits are a convenient way of delivering healthcare services, but I do not believe that this excuses the poor level of service that I received. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and compassion and to obtain appropriate treatment that addresses my health concerns.
