biography

I am from North Carolina and I received my undergraduate degree from Duke University and my Graduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Social Work.  I am a mother to a ten year old daughter and an eight year old son.  In my down time I enjoy yoga and reading.  I also enjoy mindfulness meditation.
