Welcoming and thorough
My daughter was seen by Amber at her private practice, Family Roots Health & Wellness, in Delaware, Ohio because we were shipping for a new pcp. The office space was clean, inviting, and soothing. Amber was completely welcoming to my daughter who has Down syndrome. She takes a holistic & integrated approach to health and is open to working with other care providers on our team, both traditional and alternative & functional. We are excited to have Amber as our new PCP and especially appreciate the 'home town doctor' atmosphere and approach she's taken with her practice!
