The staff is completely incompetent. The day I was supposed to receive my first injection, I called ahead to make sure everything was good to go before I made the drive from Cheney to the Valley office. The receptionist said that everything was good to go, so I made the 30 minute drive out there. Once I arrived, I was told that the machine used to help guide needle placement was inoperable and that they would not be able to do my injection. I'm not sure why she didn't mention this only 30 minutes prior; would have saved me gas and time if she had. I had to reschedule and get up even earlier the next day so they could squeeze me in. Then, on my follow-up visit a month later, I arrived early, filled out paperwork and waited for my appointment. After waiting 50 minutes, I was told that Amber had not forgotten about me and would be with me "shortly". I told them that they had 10 minutes before I walked out. After waiting 1 FULL HOUR, I left and vow never to return!!
