Was a very rushed visit. I didn't feel like any of my needs were being heard. She should have had me follow up with a specialist and choose not to have me do so. My primary was surprised when I told her I had not been referred to one. Asked If I could ask her a private question that I was not comfortable doing with a work comp nurse in the room and she almost bit my head off for asking. Definitely gave me anxiety now with wanting to go to a provider and ask anything. This did have something to do with my treatment but I wasn't okay asking in font of them. Wont be going back to see her ever again. Side note every time I was set to meet with her she was running late. Hard to do seeing as every time I was there I was almost always the only one.

Amber is unreliable and unprofessional She repeatedly cancels appointments. She has actually been more absent than present at the facility, having cancelled three of our last four appointments in the last year. She was also responsible for causing my mother to get tears and an infection in her bladder, by refusing to allow my mother's catheter to be removed. My mother was ambulatory and toileting herself at the time, so the catheter was no longer needed. It essentially became a tail that my mother had to drag with her everywhere she went. We were concerned that it was going to cause my mother harm, but Amber repeatedly refused to allow the home health staff to remove it. Consequently, my mother got a torn bladder and an infection, which required medical attention at the ER. The staff at the ER kindly removed the catheter for us, but my mother ended up having to be put on antibiotics because of this. This could have been easily avoided had she just listened to her patient.
