I was referred to Ms Marinoff by my long-time psychiatrist. I was looking for strategies to deal with anger, frustration and worry. Ms Marinoff's approach was a great fit for me. I found her insightful, compassionate and direct. I now have some skills and new ways of thinking that help me cope with stress and disappointment much better. I wish I found her sooner. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for practical solutions to feeling better about yourself and how you interact with others.
