Meant her when I went in the ER, She was at times appeared to be somewhat incoherent, could not take in the information I was giving her and diffidently could not take in the information and process it as she tried to do simple tasks. I see from above it says she is a PA-C, then again it says PA, the form I got from the hospital says she is a PA, so you might need to look into what her actual title and education level is, because I do not thru experiencing her care level is at the PA-C.
