Its no surprise this person has such a low review score. Besides the horrible bedside manor, she completely lied in my dependency evaluation. When confronted she refused to provide evidence of her 'analysis' and refused to answer the phone. I had to waste even more money and get a second opinion, and the second clinical evaluator couldn't believe the nonsense she wrote on there.

She doesn’t return phone calls text messages or emails her partner Ms Mary Satterfield who host the FVIP for men is very rude as well that not helping they are telling you how to feel and that is unacceptable we are all going through something different you should help the patient understand why what you are saying is incorrect not invalidating their feelings and I had missed two classes tired to switch to a different day so I wouldn’t miss 3 they never responded and I missed 3 classes and had to start all over and it is a 24week program and I was on week 20 when so now I have to pay for a 2nd class they should have their license revoke because that is not how you treat people especially people that are already having a hard time with life

This is the absolute worst counselor to go to DO NOT WASTE TIME SHE IS A SCAM!! she never completed my evaluation that i paid out of pocket for and she will not issue a refund. she doesn’t answer to text or calls she more interested in running off with your money. She is also very rude and condescending. She doesn’t conduct herself in a professional manner as a counselor should and it’s frustrating to waste your money on people like this. She is not a woman of her word do not waste your time.

I spent $120 for a clinical evaluation which she never completed! She was very hard to talk to, very poor “bedside” like manner I would say, for a counselor she seemed very judgemental and off putting to me but mainly she didn’t do what i paid for so i would say certainly don’t waste your money!!
