We had a terrible experience with Amy Boyer amd her treatment of my daughter when she was struggling with her eating disorder.. she failed to make any form of connection with her initially and then continued to work with her in a very unsupportive, non compassionate, passively condescending... and unacceptable manner... I gave her 4 sessions with my daughter alone thinking the negative feedback from my daughter was due to her insecurities and her mood... then I joined a session and saw the complete non therapeutic style that Amy was using... even telling my daughter she “failed” a homework assignment that wasn’t possible to do... that was her last session... I work in the Therapy/Health field and still cringe at the way Amy Boyer worked with my daughter.. Stay away from her..

I would describe Dr. Amy Boyers as a pillar in our community, as a mental health provider. Her expertise in the treatment of eating disorders and family therapy is astounding and I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need.
