Awful bedside manner; does not care about patient
I believe the wrong numbers were entered into the phoropter to begin with, causing no ability for the Dr. to fine tune anything for me, hence 'one or two' were all blurry. I believe she realized this at some point and should have stopped things and started over, but instead, she proceeded, being frustrated, taking it out on me and in the end, I now have an incorrect prescription for glasses, which is useless. Am reporting to her manager.

Dr. treated me poorly.
Did not address what I came in for. Acted like I was imagining my problems, when I have had glasses prescribed twice for the same issue. Went to another provider who helped me again and was helpful. Not sure if it was because I am young, but it was a terrible experience. Rescheduled another appointment after I complained and took an afternoon off work, then cancelled the day of the appointment so I lost the work hours. Would not recommend. Not sure what is going on with her. Was two hours late for an appointment with my brother the week before. Should have cancelled when I heard about his. Thought we'd give M and M a try but will not return after this awful experience.

This Dr. told me my vision problem is due to walking around with my head cocked all the time. I said I'd forgotten my hearing aids due to a chaotic morning and that my head lilt was likely due to favoring my good ear. She would have none of that. Her "instinct" is that I go around like that ALL the time. After a few more questions, I felt that she got impatient with me when she snapped "didn't you hear what I just said". At that point I lost all confidence. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I had some problems adjusted to new prescription. Dr. Champ was less then happy that i had come in for refraction recheck. Her apathetic response to my issues truly hurt my feelings.
