Amy was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent patient- provider manner. She was so friendly and spent the extra time to explain everything to me so I could understand it. She made me feel like I truly mattered. Wish all providers were like her.

she was amazing. knew all of my medical history and took the time to talk to me. we worked together and came up with a good treatment plan. gave me options and i had a voice in my care. she was able to connect me with other providers to manage things outside of her scope. would totally recommend her, and is worth the wait.

Would highly recommend. She was attentive, thorough, knew my medical history and all that happened to me between visits and it was even stuff that I forgot about. She listened to me and spent a lot of time with me. I had a say in my treatment and care. I didn't feel rushed at all during my appointment. The nurse that works with her is amazing also and spent time with me after the visit to review what we all talked about and she wrote it down which was helpful.

She was filling in for my usual NP I see, she didn't seem to care at all what i was saying as long as she got in and out as quickly as possible. she didn't seem to care to look at my history and kept telling me to talk to my primary (which i said several times was unfamiliar with my disorder which is why i was there seeing a specialist). ignored my concerns and i basically wasted my entire afternoon driving 45 min to feel like i was just brushed off and unimportant.
