Amy is a caring practioner who takes time to know her patients. I am healthier after being her patient and am appreciative of her knowledge, time and care.

Amy Decker is a lovely person who listens carefully and shows real compassion. However, after you've left her office, it's like you disappear. The follow-up she promises doesn't happen, time after time. Her team is also somehow incapable of what should be simple things, like faxing a referral and your medical records to another in-network provider. We have been waiting 3 weeks for this simple but necessary thing to happen so that our daughter, who is desperately and dangerously ill, can see a specialist. We call every couple of days, waiting on hold for an hour each time, and getting false promises and apologies each time. It's been a complete comedy (tragedy) of errors at Deckers office. I wish I could rate her as highly as she comes off in person, but unfortunately she's only a good provider if you don't ever get sick. We don't need apologies. We need care.
