Amy has been amazing assisting with my recovery while in the hospital. She’s checking on me each day ensuring I am recovering as planned. Excellent bedside manner helping me understand my care and plan.

Dead wrong on her diagnosis and cold and uncaring
Amy reviewed an MRI and stated the only way to fix my nerve pain would be with surgery. When I told her that if I had to have surgery on my neck that it would be with a neurosurgeon, she was no longer willing to discuss anything about treatment or anything else past 'ask your neurosurgeon, then' after I said that. My follow up with a different provider gave me options that did not require surgery or a shot into my spine (which was suggested as the only way to get relief at all) that were immediately effective. The combination of shutting down when I said I wouldn't do surgery with her and recommending a surgery as the only option when it clearly wasn't certainly looks suspect like she chose the treatment that was best her her pockets instead of what's best for my health.
