We took our teenage son to Amy for behavioral therapy sessions. Her availability for school-age children is extremely limited, with almost no evening appointments, so we would have to take our child out of school. Amy did not follow up with us (parents) to share feedback about the private, child-only sessions, and ended at least one of the 50 minute sessions early by 15 minutes. On the final visit, she said that she would call to share her availability for the next session and she never did...which is why that was our last session. However, she and the office were prompt and consistent to communicate about the invoices for the sessions that we did have. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience.
