She was not kind or compassionate. She knew that I was late stage cancer and PROMISED to call me with the results of my latest blood work which would indicate whether the tumor markers were up. I did not receive any call so I called later in the day to inquire. I was informed that she had left for the day. She did not leave me ANY message nor did she check with the lab to see what the results were. That is unconscionable. She did not care that I had to wait to see whether I would live or die.
