This individual and I were just not a good match. I was frustrated as I didn't feel she listened to us . She has a tenancy to lecture the patient and demean them . This individual failed to return our phone calls, also giving us the expression she didn't care. When meeting her, she appears not to be a happy individual...very condescending. She is not a "medical doctor" . I, we, needed someone well experienced in the medical field and who has better communication skills.
