Unpleasant experience
I was very disappointed with the care here. Dr. Kreins was very disengaged during my visits, sighing and checking the time more the once. She did not discuss a therapy plan or course of treatment and instead just handed me a goal sheet as I was leaving my 2nd appt, without even explaining it. She also very pointedly brought up my insurance, saying 'this is all your insurance will pay for my services,' as though she was doing charity work or something. I felt very disrespected and discontinued treatment.
