The office staff is HORRIBLE! My mother who is in her 70s was seeing her and the appointments kept getting rescheduled. When she called for meds, appts, or concerns, she waited days for a return call if one was ever received. She was gasping for air but couldn't get meds in a timely manner. Was not prescribed a nebulizer nor meds for it. Was given a rescue inhaler ONLY! She was seen at that office twice and given NO MEDS other than the rescue inhaler. 3 VERY, VERY sick months later, she was admitted into the hospital with pneumonia. She now has been diagnosed with COPD & emphysema. The office staff continues to call her to cancel tests that she NEEDS to have a surgery. I had to physically go into their office as they would not return my calls. The staff is beyond rude, both to myself & my mother. The office staff needs to be fired and restaffed as soon as humanly possible before patients die due to their lack of organization or attention to patients!

I saw Amy in conjugtion with Dr Cory in Heartland Hospital when i had Covid. They were both great. They took my needs and wishes into account. I have continued with Amy for after care of my Pulmonary Embolism. SHe is knowledgeable and her staff at the office are vert professional.
