Amy Santoro, NP

I am in my 60s so just come to this office annually to see PA. It’s been going downhill but this visit was worst yet. Practice switched to affiliation with Albany Med. Which means they lost most of my previous info. Person who took my vitals needed me to come look at computer screen because her understanding of prescriptions on the screen was so poor. Then I got into see Amy and they were still wrong. I like Amy Santoro well enough but felt rushed and she is not the greatest listener. I have had 2 babies and would never recommend that some one come here for prenatal care.

I've been a patient for a year now. Every time I have an issue it is not taken seriously and I feel pushed off and like I am the problem. It is entirely frustrating as you're navigating through personal issues the one person who should listen to your concerns doesn't seem like she has the time of day. Her nurse is great, I have never had an issue. The office on the other hand is terrible, specifically relating to scheduling and information. There have been several accounts where the phones are not answered even though they are open, messages not returned and appointments not confirmed. overall it has been the most frustrating experience and I would not recommend. I cannot speak for the other doctors or nurses in the office, this is just my personal experience.

she and her nurse shamed me in numerous ways when i needed help the most. would not recommend. however, the office staff was incredible.

I've been a patient of Amy for about a year and half now and compared to my last OBGYN, she is amazing! She is very clear and is very understanding of my many questions that I have. The office as a whole is very accommodating.

Amy is excellent! Very calm and thorough, always very comfortable around her.

Always very helpful, awesome bedside manner, she is very caring. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to everyone.
