Dr. Amy Solderich, PSY.D

I have been in therapy for several years. I have never met a more competent therapist she really knows her stuff…. Where others were unable to help, she was, we got to the deep down issues and I am finally able to have a wonderful outlook on life and have tools to help me deal with any problem that comes my way. I’m truly blessed to have met and worked with dr Soldrich! I think you will be too.

In all the years I have been in therapy, Doc Amy is by far the first to find me! I would recommend her highly if you are truly looking to help yourself.. Good luck and have a productive journey. It will get better! Doc Amy will be there to help you through it. No matter how hard dark or deep it is…..she’ll be there!

Making it through a mania is no joke! I don’t know if I could have done it without Amy’s kind gently guidance and belief in me. I did have it in myself but it just wasn’t enough. Amy since my last review in June , where she barely knew me, has found a connection I can’t say I’ve ever had. My creativity side seems to provide more answers then my mouth ??. She is worth every minute of her time with you! “ The Precious Present!”

Dr Solderich was my last hope. No other provider was willing to work with me because of the difficulty of my case. Dr Solderich immediately said she saw hope for me, and she took me on. I have been in active therapy a minimum of 2 x per week the past almost 3 years. I went from being constantly institutionalized for the past 40 plus years, and being caretaker, to living independently and learning how to ride the waves of emotions I’m still learning about. I am also under psychiatric care, but the psychological piece, is making the difference. I can truly say that Dr Solderich was the first human being I’ve was able to trust 100% in my adult life. She has paved the way for true growth. Always there for me, even when forcing me to try to do things on my own. She is Rock Solid Dependably. The best in her field. And I am so grateful she saw Hope in me to take on my case.

Dr. Solderich is an outstanding psychologist. Patient and supportive in nature, she specializes in trauma and has always provided me with answers and the tools needed to make it through the difficulties of life.
