Dr. Wilter is a great listener and helps you stay focused. I think the EMDR and her kind approach are greatly helping me with PTSD and anxiety management.

Dr. Wilter has been a life saver. She is a great counselor and helped me with EMDR. She is so kind and caring. Her desire to help others and her compassion are next to none. She taught me the skills I needed to learn in order to cope with my health situation. I do not have enough words to thank her. She listens and goes above and beyond for her clients. I am truly grateful that our paths crossed. Thank you so much!

Dr.Wilter was my shining beacon of light, at a time when everything around me was dark and gloomy. Other therapists couldn't come close to helping me navigate through my C-PTSD, the way she has. Dr.Wilter is softspoken, patient, caring, immensely kind, and incredibly skilled at what she does. She is an absolute angel, a true healer. I can't recommend her enough!

Dr. Winter is kind, compassionate, wise and gifted. She is very skilled in her abilities to identify areas of concern, set goals and guide you through a treatment plan that will yield results at just the right pace. I had seen other therapists in the past and not only was it a waste of my time but it actually proved to be more harmful than good. Excellent job of teaching you the skills you need to do the tough work of healing yourself. Respectful and gracious and a great sense of humor!
