NEGLIGENT
CRNP did not review HUP ED EKG before arrival to the HUP EDOU where the patients QTC was 525. Medication error and subsequent further QT PROLONGATION could have occurred if patient requested PRN anti-nausea medication. Hey, Ana, if you want to apologize and recognize your poor judgement, you can send me a portal message. I’d appreciate some accountability in your terrible history taking and inability to see the patients entire “picture.”Thanks!
