While clearing out my medicine cabinet, I discovered that I was put on a temporary medication that shouldn’t be combined with another I take daily: life threatening. Although, if “clinically warranted”, patient should be advised (know the signs/symptoms of reaction) and careful observation is recommended. None of that happened, by any staff (or pharmacist) and it wasn’t necessary! I had a good experience otherwise, but this is very concerning. Watch your prescriptions!
