Andrea Fuller was personable and seemed to love friendly customer service. …it’s dangerous to recommend her advice based on her medical knowledge. She blamed other people for her lack of knowledge, rather than digesting new knowledge that may help.

Adequate in band aid application. For all other matters necessitating expertise, she lacks competence and fabricates her familiarity. Lacking awareness of her limitations, her approach can be perilous.
