Totally Confused.
I met with Dr Hands. She said she would get my records from Optum and we would proceed from there. She said that it would take a few days to get my records. After 2 weeks, I still haven't heard from Dr. Hands. I left a message for her to call me and she did not call. I'm totally confused as to where I stand.

Fantastic Service!
Dr. Hands was thorough and meticulous with my eye exam. She corrected my vision, so that I could read without using readers. I highly recommend using Dr. Hands if you need a vision exam. I was able to schedule an appointment and have my contact lenses within a week!

I had to go to another doctor to correct the prescription she gave me. Couldn't see out of either eye with my new prescription. She would not listen to me when I was unsure witch one looks better 1 or 2. She chose for me. Messed up my whole prescription. Complete waste of time and money.

The front desk was very courteous. I felt very safe with the protocols they have in place. I had lasik surgery 12 years ago and my vision has decreased. Dr. Hands saw me and was very informative. She examined me and gave me interesting information about my eyes. She guided me to get a prescription that would work for me. She was friendly and patient. I went across the office to pick glasses. Nichole helped me find glasses that worked for me. She was super friendly and helpful. I ordered glasses and was amazed with the price. I payed out of pocket for everything and feel like it was beyond reasonable. I picked a great quality pair of glasses with prescription for near and far issue. I would definitely recommend them! They are also local and independently owned!.... and so professional with a friendly twist! I’m excited to be able to see again and read with their help! Thanks! - Miguel V.

Dr. Hands is so compassionate, and she does a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable and at ease - even our 2 year old daughter didn’t mind getting fitted for sunglasses! I would highly recommend Dr. Hands to my family and friends!
