Absolute waste of our time. We went to Andrea for a second opinion on our son's feeding issues. She asked for an explanation of what the issues were but then barely listened. I had to repeat myself 3 times on everything I said. She gave no suggestions on how to help us and gave incorrect facts about BLW.
I am extremely surprised and disappointed that she's the director of the department. I expected a seasoned professional, instead got someone who displayed lack of knowledge.
