Andrea Stephens, FNP-C

Andrea was lovely, caring, and looked into my issues with the most knowledge. The staff is friendly and you can tell Andrea generally cares about your well being. I would recommend to anyone.

I was referred to Riverside Family Clinic to set up a family Dr. so I would have a family Dr. for my insurance. When I called to speak to the nurse she added that she's going to soon be what will soon be considered the new norm of having the same ability as a doctor (nurse quoted) "She is a Doctor, although, yes she is technically a Nurse Practitioner. Our office simply implies her being at the same standard of a doctor to be." Wow, I went through 6 different medications for the same problem, countless efforts were spent getting multiple labs (bloodwork) done that she then reviewed and went over with me and never once suggested to be refered or transferred to a specialist or an actual doctor whose put in real time and effort. When I suggested being seen by a specialist, from her reaction I decided then for it be my last visit with Nurse Andrea Stephens (NOT DOCTOR Andrea Stephens). I found a slandering letter sent by her dated just after I cancled future visits with Nurse Andrea=Loser

Long time patient of FNP- Andrea Stephens but drew the line when she dissmissed my symptoms to be only in my head but then later became a deciding factor in the diagnoses Chronic Deppression and ADHD by a medical professional specialist that I'd got a refferal to from a walk in clinic.

She is the best in Vincennes, IN.

Very informative, practical and quick to diagnose as well as treat her patients. Staff is very kind and make you feel like a person not just a number. I recommend Andrea Stephen's to anyone looking for help.

When Andrea entered the room, I was armed with an array of questions and resources I had located. She looked at every paper, answered every question with me, and together we accomplished an answer for each instance. I am appreciative of her time that she gave to me and the interest she shows in me and my life as well as my health. It was a blessing when she entered my life as my care taker many years ago and my trust in her has built with each year.

I had seen Andrea when she was practicing with Dr. Rohr. I really liked her. After today not so much. I waited almost a week to see her to find out why my hearing was bad only to find out my ears were plugged. The nurse cleaned them for a few minutes splashed some water on her and was done. They put me back in my room and told me I probably should see an ENT for removal. They didn't work on me for 5 minutes total and was sending me somewhere else to do their work. Waste of time and money!

I miss her so bad DR ANDREA WELL NP IS WONDERFUL AND ITS GREAT WHEN YOU GROW UP AND HAVE SOME ONE YOU KNOW AND TRUST TO EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEMS EASY LISTENER AND WILL TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN.WOULD RECOMMEND DR.ANDREA TO ANYONE
