Andy Elton not only uses the most current recommended methods in "repairing" his patients but he talks to them about their immediate concerns and adjusts his methods accordingly. Andy explains to the patient how a method he is using affects their condition. In my case of lumbar stenosis, a replica of the spine is almost always in his hand to show me how an exercise will affect it. I've had numerous physical therapists over the years. Andy is the best.
