I came to his clinic in fairfield mall to get eye exam, my visit was absolutely fantastic! He took his time for my eye test and also very affordable fee. Very friendly and professional!

Do not go to this OD. I scheduled my appointment over the phone. Everything was fine until he dialated my eyes and said that he only excepts cash and that it was told to me by his scheduler. NEVER did anyone mention cash. Not when i made my appointment, not when a supposed appointment confirmation call was left on my voicemail and not when i checked in for my appointment. He asked me how much i have in my FSA account and why i can't pay cash. He also said Sears owes him money. FIND ANOTHER OD

Dr. Andy Montalvo was very friendly and professional. He had a very good selection of frames. I received an eye exam from him at the former Oakland location. I recommend Dr. Montalvo to anyone who wants excellent vision care for a fair price.
