After two other therapists I finally found Angela. Angela listened with empathy. She also helped coach me through one challenge at a time without overwhelming my mind. She provided coping skills and also challenged me to understand life patterns. After six months of weekly therapy, I see life in a new light. She played a huge impact in helping me reshape my point of view on myself. My interpersonal relationships with my family are stronger. I feel like me again. Thank you Angela!

My experience with Angela has been amazing and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great, experienced therapist. When I first started, I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and low self-esteem that I had been dealing with for years. Angela was so attentive to what was going on, provided a safe space to open up, and approached my problems from a variety of perspectives to figure out what would work best for me. Almost being 9 months since I begin, I feel a world of a difference in terms of the way I go about life and handle different stressors. I feel like I have a great tool-box and I'm more aware of why certain things effect me certain ways. On top of that, she was also great with scheduling and being flexible with me in terms of doing in person and tele-health. Couldn't recommend enough!

Working with Angie has been a constant in my life throughout the many changes in the past couple of years. She is always communicative when it comes to scheduling and external resources - she communicates with my school psychologist and my psychiatrist to make sure things are in good shape and that I had a team of people supporting me. Every session, I leave feeling better than when I came in. Angie makes me feel empowered and she encourages me to be open and honest without putting any pressure on me. Some days we get a lot done, and other times, I may not feel up to it, so we color and take things slow. I am so glad I have been able to start my therapy journey with her!! She's the best!!
