If I could give zero stars I would. When asked about symptoms she started recording herself on the microphone completely disregarding what I was explaining. Didn’t listen to our concerns and why we were there. She has her own agenda. She smirked and had a smart comment back to my 12 yr old after he asked a question. Very unprofessional! After I asked her name again, she told me it was Julie!! I looked on my discharge paperwork and saw that she blatantly lied about her name to me. Unbelievable!

Absolutely horrible. Constantly digs through my child’s ear and states she’s unable to find anything. Meanwhile, We take her to another Wellspan doctor and they find a double ear infection immediately. She doesn’t know what she’s doing.
