Bad hip injection
Received an injection from her for my hip pain. A shot that’s supposed to be a tad uncomfortable she made excruciating

Dismissive
Repeatedly requested imagining due to abnormal pain and symptoms. Imaging was canceled without informing me and then delayed when I had to re request it. Poor treatment, delayed imaging and diagnosis and constantly dismissive attitude likely les to permanent deformity.
