Had the same terrible experience with my 4 yo several months ago. Absolutely unnecessary and unexpected deep swab causing pain and half an hour of bleeding. She even never checked on my little one, while we were sitting there in shock for quite a long time. I would revoke her license if I could.

My daughter went for a Covid 19 test. She was given a rapid and PCR test. We have all had them before and know what they should have been like. She shoved the large swab for the rapid test so far up my daughter's nose and she was crying. Ms. Lentini-Rivera told her to hold her hands together tightly and went up the other nostril. The PCR test (which is usually more invasive) was like nothing having that big swab shoved up her nose. I thought it might have been a different test or the results might be more accurate by doing it the way she did it. So I called Summit Medical Group and was told that each person does it their own way. So I guess she likes to inflict pain. We will never use her again.
