Miss Angela Stancy, or as I know her, Angie is the most talented, committed and hardworking woman I’ve ever met. I am so lucky to have experienced a rotation under her guidance and supervision. I shall always consider myself fortunate that, for whatever little time I happened to cross paths with Dr. Gaiha and Angie, I was lucky enough to have their footprints eternally embedded on my road.Not only did he share his profound knowledge on Cardiology, but he also showered us with the utmost affection, as if we were no less than his own children. Knowing how far we've come from home, and into this foreign land, both Dr. Gaiha and Angie would regularly check up and advise us on the do's and don'ts of Chicago. I feel this went a long way into making my stay here memorable, fun and most importantly - safe.Dr. Gaiha did not limit himself to simply to Cardiology, but he provided us with valuable advice on interview preparation, matching into residency, and even life lessons. Every patient of his had nothing but praise for him. They called him 'my hero' and 'my saviour' and so much more! Shoutout to the ever joyous Mr. Arun, and my fellow student Sriharsha.

I have done a medical rotation with Dr Vishnu and Angie in April. This was my first rotation in the USA, and I must say it is an excellent decision I have made. Angie is knowledgeable and compassionate to her patients. She is friendly and taught us various things pertaining to Internal medicine and cardiology. I got to observe patients with different cardiology problems up close.

She is a leader by example with not only great clinical acumen but is compassionate as well. I never get tired of seeing her make the patients feel relaxed and comfortable and I will always appreciate her efforts in teaching students how to be effective communicators with patients

I was fortunate enough to be supervised by Angie during an elective rotation in Dr Vishnu Gaiha's clinic. Angie's vast treasure trove of clinical knowledge is only matched by the depth of the relationships she has built with her patients; you can literally see their eyes light up when she enters the room. Every day of this rotation, I observed Angie's commitment to giving her patients the absolute best care possible, and her empathetic nature as she dutifully listened to their concerns enabling them to really feel listened to (sometimes for the first time in their interactions with healthcare practitioners!).
