Mrs. Townsend is AWFUL ! If you're elderly she will take advantage of you, slap you on your hands with rolled medical reports & send you on your way. I'm diabetic & she has NEVER CHECKED MY FEET........IT'S BEYOUND HER EXPERTISE ! If you express a medical problem that you are having, like INCONTINENCE, OR BOWEL PROBLEMS because of a bad back, she will tell you that, "You're just old:".... she walks away & says " WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT.....!! " SHE'S RUDE, INCOMPETENT, PASSED HERSELF AS A PHYSICIAN IN THE HOSPITAL. I EXPERIENCED THIS IN AUGUST 2020, WHEN I WENT FOR A MAMMOGRAM, ON THE COMPUTER MONITOR THEY HAD HER DOWN AS : DR. ANGELA BETH TOWNSED.....I brought this to the assisting person's attention that was going to do the mammogram. In one of my visits, I SHOWED HER my medical MRI's, & talked about my back problems. She was cautioned by one of her nurses, about my problem, as she walks out the door she said, 'DON'T WORRY ABOUT HER, SHE'S NOT GOING TO REMEMBER

This was the worst medical visit I have ever encountered. Townsend was over an hour late, and when we finally interacted she was beyond rude. She also did not spend much time in the room addressing my concerns. She actually showed no interest in my concerns, and was very condescending. The entire interaction was awful. I left with no greater understanding of my issues, and the overall visit felt like a waste of time and resources.
