Dr. Tsay is knowledgeable but the overall experience was poor. The wait time was extremely long. The office seems understaffed and I had to wait over one hour after my eye exam/contacts fitting to check out. When it was finally my turn to check out and finalize prescription, Dr. Tsay instructed the office staff to first help a customer who had a later appointment and was behind me in line. Dr. Tsay was aware and acknowledged that I had been waiting for a long time but still insisted on helping the other customer first. It took 3 hours for an eye exam, contacts+glasses prescription, and finalizing payment. Half of the time was spent on waiting.
