During visits she’d keep repeating how she didn’t think she was helping. I agree, because the usual questions were not asked by her. She would never respond to any of the emails that were sent either, which others in the office do. Very odd. Then, not long ago I got an email that she left Walnut Creek Psychiatry abruptly and without notice to anyone. She did so taking personal info of patients unbeknownst to Walnut Creek. I would never trust a psychiatrist who could do that.

My appointment with Angela Veenstra was a comforting appointment. Considering the amount of pain and discomfort I was in and the frustrations I was experiencing prior to my appointment with her, I was blown away by her professionalism, care, compassion and general concern for my well-being. It was clear she wanted to help. She promised to follow up on my care immediately, which she did. If it wasn't for Angela Veenstra I still wouldn't have the answers I desperately needed. Highly recommend!
